Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 oz egg noodles

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece ginger, grated

1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (any color)

1 cup snow peas (or green beans)

3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the Noodles: Begin by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce. Set it aside for later.

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add Aromatics: Once the beef is cooked through, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in Vegetables: Next, add the sliced bell pepper and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften slightly but still retain their crunch.

Combine Everything: Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetables. Mix well to coat everything evenly. Allow it to simmer for about 2-3 minutes so the flavors meld together.

Add Noodles: Toss in the cooked egg noodles and gently stir to combine, ensuring the noodles are well coated with the sauce. Let it cook together for another minute.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and top with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy your stunning dish!
