4 cups ripe watermelon, cubed and chilled

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the chilled watermelon cubes, coconut water, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or agave syrup, and lime juice.
