Ingredients

1 package of refrigerated croissant dough (8 oz)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Place a spoonful of the cheese and pepperoni mixture at the wide end of each croissant triangle.

Starting from the wide end, roll the croissant tightly towards the point, ensuring the filling stays inside.

Arrange the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush the mixture over the tops of each croissant for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
