1 teaspoon smoked paprika

4 cups chicken broth

2 cups water

2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced

2 cups baby spinach

2 green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

2 teaspoons sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 eggs (optional for soft-boiled topping)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from the pan, let it rest, and then slice it thinly.
