2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir well to combine.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup (or honey), applesauce, and vanilla extract until smooth.
