1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup milk (or almond milk)

1 large egg

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup mini marshmallows

½ cup graham cracker crumbs

½ cup chocolate chips

Extra marshmallows and chocolate for topping

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
