Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup pickles, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp sweet relish

1 tsp paprika

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.

Make the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, sweet relish, and paprika. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Prepare the Wraps: Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of special sauce in the middle of the tortilla.

Layer the Fillings: On top of the sauce, add a portion of the cooked ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped onions.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom, ensuring the fillings are secure inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Toast (Optional): For an added crunch, you can toast the wrapped big macs in a skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve with additional special sauce for dipping.
