1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Savory Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup spinach (optional)

1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

    - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

      Prepare the Chicken Bites:

        - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

          - Add the chicken pieces to the pan, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

            - Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

              Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

                - In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Allow it to melt, then add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

                  - Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before removing from heat.

                    Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
