Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, season the chicken pieces with paprika, onion powder, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the chicken evenly with the spices.

Melt the Butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it's bubbling but not browned.

Cook the Chicken: Add the seasoned chicken bites to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

Add Garlic: Lower the heat to medium-low and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Finish with Lemon: Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the chicken, stirring to combine everything in the skillet. Cook for an additional minute to let the flavors meld.

Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately as an appetizer or with rice or pasta for a main dish.
