Ingredients

For the Fruit Salsa:

1 cup strawberries, hulled and diced

1 cup mango, diced

1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced

1/2 cup pineapple, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Pinch of salt

For the Cinnamon Chips:

6 flour tortillas

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit Salsa:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, mango, kiwi, pineapple, red onion, and cilantro.

      - Squeeze the lime juice over the fruit mixture and stir gently to combine.

        - If using honey, drizzle it over the mixture and add a pinch of salt. Stir well to incorporate all the flavors.

          - Cover the bowl and let the salsa chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

            Make the Cinnamon Chips:

              - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

                - In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Set aside.

                  - Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over each side.

                    - Cut the tortillas into wedges (like slices of a pizza) and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

                      - Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

                        Serve:

                          - Once the chips are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.

                            - Serve the chilled fruit salsa in a bowl alongside the warm cinnamon chips. Enjoy your delightful fruity creation!
