Ingredients
  

2 large cucumbers, sliced into rounds

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained

Fresh basil leaves, torn or whole

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

In a large salad bowl, combine the cucumber rounds, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.

    Add the torn basil leaves to the bowl, gently mixing the ingredients together.

      In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
