Ingredients
  

8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved

½ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
