Chopped Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub

Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 large hoagie roll or sub sandwich bread

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: sliced jalapeños for heat

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions. Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Slice the hoagie roll lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through, and lightly toast it if desired.

      Spread a layer of shredded lettuce on the bottom half of the roll.

        Spoon the chicken and bacon mixture generously over the lettuce.

          Layer the tomato slices on top of the mixture and add jalapeños if you're feeling adventurous.

            Close the sub and slice it in half for easy handling.
