2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 large romaine lettuce leaves

1 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup croutons (preferably garlic-flavored)

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Freshly cracked black pepper (for garnish)

Optional: Lemon wedges for serving

Cook the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
