Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked ground beef (or turkey)

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1/2 cup salsa

1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)

Fresh cilantro or chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked ground beef, taco seasoning, and salsa. Mix until well combined.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.

Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheesy taco mixture near the wide end of each triangle.

Roll the crescent dough from the wide end to the point to form a stick. Ensure the filling is sealed inside.

Place the rolled taco sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the sticks are golden brown.

Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Serve warm, topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream. Garnish with fresh cilantro or chives if desired.
