Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, leaving about an inch from the edges.

Top the chicken mixture with a handful of spinach leaves and a few cherry tomato halves for freshness.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap. Make sure to tuck in the fillings as you go.

Brush the outside of each wrap with a little olive oil for added flavor and to help them crisp up.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them sit for a minute before slicing them in half at a diagonal. Serve warm and enjoy!
