Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup ranch or garlic sauce (for drizzling)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the marinade. Let them sit for at least 15 minutes.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

      Prepare the Wraps: While the chicken is resting, place each tortilla on a clean surface. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese, then add a handful of fresh spinach leaves, and a few halved cherry tomatoes.
