2 large flour tortillas

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup fresh spinach, chopped

½ cup diced tomatoes

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes or refrigerated for up to 2 hours for better flavor.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 7-10 minutes until it’s cooked through and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

      Prepare the Wrap Filling: In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, chopped spinach, and diced tomatoes. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
